Over the years you’ve gained a bit of weight.
Well not a bit. Anything over 5lbs is a lot of weight to many.
When your friends ask you to go out, you take forever to get ready because you can’t find clothes that you look good in.
You spend time taking crazy diet shakes, starving yourself for days and you lose some weight…. But you gain it all back a day later.
You are frustrated when you see fit people on their instagram accounts. You so want to be in shape like them but you are so down and depressed that you give yourself the “I’m happy with myself” pep talk.
Well TODAY, that shall all end. If your reading this, this is your WAKE UP CALL.
I believe this.
EVERYONE has the right to be Fit, Happy and Wealthy.
For those that settle and give themselves the “I’m happy with who I am” pep talk knowing that things are spiraling down hill in life, don’t deserve to be Fit, Happy and Wealthy.
You need to deserve to be fit. It will not come to you by looking at Instagram all day.
You will not lose weight and get back into shape by wishing and hoping that fitness will come to you.
You need to work. You need to stop being lazy.
And most of all, YOU NEED TO STOP GIVING SAD EXCUSES FOR YOURSELF.
YOU ARE STRONG WILLED.
YOU ARE A HARD WORKER.
YOU CAN ACHIEVE ANYTHING YOU PUT YOUR ENERGY TOWARDS.
YOU DO HAVE TIME TO GET INTO SHAPE, GO TO WORK, TAKE CARE OF YOUR KIDS, GO TO CHURCH, SPEND TIME WITH YOUR FAMILY AND EVERYTHING ELSE YOU WANT TO FILL YOUR DAY WITH.
YOU ARE CONFIDENT THAT YOU CAN ACHIEVE ANY GOAL.
YOU BELIEVE AND I BELIEVE IN YOU.
YOU CAN DO IT.
Now here are 2 tips you can use to help you regain your confidence back.
1) Workout first thing in the morning.
This is a must. If you wait till the ending of the day or after work, chances are you’re going to be lazy. And laziness brings excuses.
First thing, get up and start by doing 30 burpees.
If you want to lose weight and get into the best shape of your life, learn to love burpees. Burpees will help you lose all the unwanted fat from your body so do them.
Like I said, first thing in the morning. Wake up, hit the burpeees in your pajamas and brush your teeth after.
If you have time to throw in a couple sets of pushups and crunches, do that as well.
Anything to move your body and work those muscles are good first thing in the morning.
2) Stay away from candy and fast food.
This should be common sense but everyone chooses to not have any these days.
I’m going to KEEP IT SIMPLE.
Candy has sugar which turns into fat and cellulite and Fast food is unhealthy and will also get you fat with cellulite.
Eat home cooked foods that are not heavily deep fried. Deep fried foods will make you extremely sluggish which in turn will make you fat with cellulite.
Eat eggs, lean meat, brown rice, vegetables and fruits and you will lose fat and become healthier.
I can feel your desire to change.
I know that you want to be confident with your body again.
I’ll tell you this.
The better you look, the better you feel. The better you feel, the better you perform. The better you perform the more MONEY you can make.
